Being Licensed building Practitioners, (LBP) our workmanship warranties last up to 10 years.All roofing materials we use have warranties ranging from 20 to 50 years. We install these products according to requested specifications so that these warranties can be upheld.
Not all damage means a full replacement. If a repair will do the job properly, we’ll let you know and do it well.
If your roof is over 20 years old, leaking, sagging, or showing signs of wear, it may be time. We’re happy to take a look and give honest advice — no pressure.
