Roof repairs
Yes. Localised damage can often be repaired without replacing the whole roof. We match materials as closely as possible.

Roof inspections
Small fixes? Often, yes. If we spot anything bigger, we’ll quote it separately so you’re in control.

Usually around 30–60 minutes, depending on the roof’s size and condition.
We check the entire roofing system including flashing, fixings, valleys, gutters and spouting and give you a summary of what’s working and what’s not.

LBP warranties last 10 years, plus product warranties from trusted suppliers. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Never. Your quote will include everything, and if anything changes, we’ll talk to you first.
Financing
We’ll lay it all out in your quote, full payment after completion, will only be invoiced once you’re happy with the finished product.
For most full replacements, yes usually 30%. Repairs and smaller jobs may not require one.

Definitely. We recommend materials like longrun metal and coated steel, durable, recyclable, and suited to our climate.
